What exactly am I buying?
A subscription to the SwayByte platform. Every plan includes access to the studios listed on your plan plus a monthly credit allowance used for generation. Access is digital and is provisioned to your account immediately after payment.
How do credits work?
Credits are the unit of generation. Each job shows its credit cost before you run it. Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period, and additional credit packs can be purchased at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time — from your account billing page or by emailing support@swaybyte.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.
What will appear on my statement?
Charges appear with a SWAYBYTE billing descriptor. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before opening a bank dispute and we will identify it for you.
