Credits
Credits are the single unit of generation across every studio. The exact cost of a job is shown before you run it, so nothing is spent by surprise. Indicative costs:
Indicative only. Actual cost varies by model, resolution, duration and options selected, and is always displayed before a job is submitted. Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise. Additional credit packs can be purchased at any time and are consumed after your plan credits.
Billing
At checkout, and then automatically on the same date each billing period until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown on your account billing page.
From your account billing page, or by emailing support@swaybyte.com from the address on the account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund terms differ between subscriptions, credit packs and enterprise licences and are set out in full in section 14 of our Terms of Service. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us first — we would rather fix it than have you open a dispute.
Charges appear with a SWAYBYTE billing descriptor. The seller and merchant of record is OmniRogue Inc. unless your checkout page, receipt or written agreement states otherwise.
Prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax and other applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required by your jurisdiction.
